The Noongar seasons:
There are many theories about what colour goes with what season… the indigenous people identify the season colours by the plants that are flowering at that season..so red to orange flowers are a symbol of summer, for example. People who have been interpreting the Noongar season information from the traditional owners of our country have chosen colours that appeal to them. My hunch is that these colours are a wajella construct and are variable depending upon who is creating them. I chose to follow the SERCUL suggestions but could easily use other colours.
